• Listing content — the business, job, property, service, event or offer details you choose to publish.
• Enquiries, applications and reports — the messages you send through our forms, including contact details you provide so recipients can respond.
• Technical data — basic request logs (such as IP address) used for security and rate limiting.

• To display the listings and content you publish on the platform.
• To deliver enquiries, job applications and reports to the right recipients.
• To operate your account, moderate content and keep the platform secure.
• To respond to contact messages and support requests.

We do not sell your personal information to anyone.

Information you publish in a listing (business name, description, public contact details, photos) is visible to everyone on the internet. Do not publish information you want to keep private. Locations are shown at town/area level only — we never ask for or display exact private addresses.

Job applications are not public: they are visible only to you and the employer. Property owner phone numbers are visible only to signed-in users.

We share personal information only when necessary to operate the service — for example, with our hosting and database providers — and when required by law. Enquiry senders' contact details are shared with the listing owner so they can respond.

• You can edit or remove your listings from your dashboard.
• You can ask us to correct inaccurate personal information via the contact page.
• You can request deletion of your account and personal data via the contact page.

We use industry-standard measures (encrypted connections, access controls, rate limiting) to protect your data. No system is perfectly secure, so please use a strong, unique password for your account.

If we change this policy, we'll update the "last updated" date above. Continued use of the platform after changes means you accept the updated policy.
