Terms of Service

Digital Adoni is a local discovery platform for Adoni: a directory of businesses, jobs, property, services, events, community updates and offers, plus related digital services. By using the platform you agree to these terms.

• You must provide accurate information when registering.
• You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for activity under your account.
• One account per person or business entity; do not share accounts.

• You must have the right to publish everything you list, and it must be accurate and lawful.
• Listings are reviewed before publication; we may edit, suspend or remove content that violates these terms or our community guidelines.
• You grant us a licence to display your listing content on the platform and in related promotional material for the platform itself.
• Sample or demonstration listings are clearly marked and are never presented as real businesses.

You agree not to:

• Post false, misleading or impersonating content.
• Harass, threaten or defame others, or post hateful or obscene material.
• Scrape the platform at abusive rates or attempt to disrupt the service.
• Charge job seekers any fee, or misrepresent employment terms.
• Use the platform for anything unlawful under Indian law.

Digital Adoni introduces enquirers and listing owners; any deal you strike with another user is between you and them. We are not a party to those transactions and do not guarantee the accuracy of listings, the quality of goods or services, or that a job or property offer is genuine. Verify important details independently before paying any advance.

Basic listings are free. Promotional placements (such as featured listings) may be offered now or in future; any paid promotion is confirmed in writing before it goes live, with its duration and placement clearly stated.

We may suspend or terminate accounts or listings that violate these terms, with or without notice where necessary to protect users or the platform. You may stop using the service and request account deletion at any time via the contact page.

The platform is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses arising from your use of the platform or from dealings with other users, including reliance on listing content.

We may update these terms; the "last updated" date will change and material changes will be highlighted on the platform. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
